  • Why add days and flights to your trip home?
  • Avoid the cost of ground transportation and an overnight (or more) stay in the Columbus area.
  • You can also miss the 0530 hours formation at the CRC and the chance of having your "dirty" equipment rejected at the CIF.
  • Just ship or mail your CIF equipment to LNO Joes and we will promptly process and turn it in, obtain your cleared hand receipt and electronically transmit your "clearance" to you and anyone else you request.

 

 

Depending on your route of travel you can easily save a couple of thousand bucks and a couple of days by having LNO Joes clear CIF for you.

 

We hit the ground running when your equipment arrives.  It is immediately, inventoried, laid out and photographed.

  • We note minor shortages and if we have excess equipment on hand we will make up the shortages for you.

In most cases we will not be able to make up you shortages, but we will still immediately clear your hand receipt and bill you for the minor shortages when we forward your CIF "clearance".

 

If major shortages exist, we will notify you by the fastest means available and request you forward the missing item(s) or provide funds to cover the cost of the shortage.  Your hand receipt will be cleared as soon as we received the funds or missing items.

 

  • We make sure your equipment is cleaned to CIF standards.
  • We organize your equipment & expeditiously clear CIF for you.
  • You "clearance" will be forwarded in a manner you specify (normally by email)

 

 

Don't have your stuff together?  No problem, just let us know you have other items coming and we will hold your equipment until your full issue arrives.

 

It may be convenient to ship most items from your place of duty and then ship Kelvar and protective vest from Kuwait or Qutar.  Or you may need to pick up some items you left in the states. 

Due to APO requirements you will probably need to FedEx, UPS or DHL your protective mask from "in-country" or carry it to the states and mail it to us from there. 

 

We will hold your shipment so you don't have to lug this stuff half way around the world!

Just mail or ship (via FedEX, DHL, UPS or whatever) your equipment along a copy of your LOA and any special instructions including point of contact to our Receiving Center at:

You may include your check or money order in your shipment or remit separately on-line by PayPal.  If you prefer your payment by PayPal your service can be delayed until we have received your shipment.  We will notify you when your equipment arrives.

 

Payments may be made with cashier checks, money orders, or PayPal.

 

Our CIF Equipment processing fee is $300 (USD), for a complete issue. 

 Considerable savings over travel time, hotel, and travel cost to return to Ft. Benning.

Need a state side address to receive your mail? 

We provide confidential . 

  • We will receive, hold or forward mail to you depending upon your instructions. 
  • We will also forward mail for you to a third party address that will be post marked from Columbus, GA.  You may include your return address at LNO Joes (with or without Suite number) or you can have it forwarded without a return address. There is a $2 charge for each item forwarded to a third party.

 

You do not need to contact us to begin receiving mail at LNO Joes.  Your address there is :

You will be billed $3 per month in any calendar month that you receive mail at this address.  You will also be charged $3 for each bundle of mail that is forwardedto you.  Mail will be forwarded per your instructions on a piece, daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Need a place to store your bagage or other items?

We will receive and store your items until you are ready for them.

 

Just mail, ship or deliver the items to us at the above mailing address using your name and Suite number. 

 

Our charge for for baggage storage is based on a normal shipment of a fully loaded duffel bag.

 

For a normal shipment we charge a $10 receiving fee, $20 monthly storage fee and a $10 delivery fee. 

 Larger shipments may be slightly more and smaller shipments may be discounted. 

 

These charges do not need to be prepaid.  Payment can be made when you direct the shipment to be forwarded.
